Angela is a mother of two teenagers. She has had a successful career for the past several years. Many times people start having signs of anxiety like loop thoughts about problems and cannot relax or enjoy like as they should be able to. These feelings are easily justified and considered normal. Anxiety is considered a problem when symptoms or signs of anxiety interfere with a person’s ability to sleep or otherwise function.
